2.1 Age Condition

Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account. abg77 may request valid identification for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

To create a valid account on abg77, you must provide accurate personal information. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of regulatory and security requirements, abg77 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, which may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Documents to verify ownership of the payment method used

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily restricted.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on abg77 is ৳200 per transaction for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits must come only from a payment method owned by the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on abg77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.4 Fees and Charges

abg77 generally does not charge any platform fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which you are solely responsible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on abg77 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳24,000 in wagers before you can withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus abuse or any exploit strategy is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active, unless specifically permitted.
• abg77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus will be deducted at the time of withdrawal.

5.4 VIP Program

The abg77 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Regular activity on the platform gives you the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. abg77 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

abg77 is a fair play platform. All our games are operated using SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All outcomes are neutral and not predetermined.

6.2 Game Disputes

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, abg77 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagers placed. Claims for winnings arising from game interface or server issues are not always accepted.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abg77 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Use of an account by or on behalf of a minor.
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any system-gaming strategy.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Unauthorized interference with or attempts to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Registering using false identity or documents.
• Operating an account in a third party's name or using their funds.
• Using abg77's logo, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.

If a prohibited activity is proven, abg77 may forfeit all balances and bonuses and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

abg77 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no login or transaction activity for 12 months, it will be marked as inactive and abg77 reserves the right to deduct an account maintenance fee. Contact support to reactivate your account.

abg77 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, network outages, third-party service failures, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances. The platform provides its services on an "as is" basis.

Any financial loss arising from gaming is entirely the user's responsibility. abg77 does not guarantee winnings from gaming under any circumstances.

abg77's maximum liability in any situation will be limited to the actual amount deposited by the user during the period of the dispute.

abg77 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you will have the option to request account closure.
